Engagement tab scroll arrows

When an agent has more active engagement tabs than those shown in the Agent Desktop header, the scroll arrows appear on the sides. These arrows enable agents to scroll through and access engagement tabs that are currently hidden, enabling them to respond to customers more effectively.

Note: The number of engagement tabs that appears in the Engagement header is determined by the number of active engagements. The header always displays at least three engagement tabs, even on lower screen resolutions.
