Menu bar
The Agent Desktop menu bar displays user information, program statistics, and access to menus that control Agent Status and user tools.
| Menu bar element | Description |
|---|---|
| Username | Agent Desktop login credential. |
| Public User ID | Numerical user identification. Unique to each agent, that can be provided to customers upon request for an identification. |
| Logged in at | The time that the agent logged into Agent Desktop. |
| Chats Completed | Number of engagements completed for the logged in session. |
| Nina Coach Completed | Number of Nina Coach sessions completed for the logged in session. |
| Agent Status | Displays current agent status and the time in that status. |
| Cogwheel | Contains agent’s configurable settings: My Settings, Custom Scripts, and Logout functionality. |
