Survey
Nuance uses a third party software solution called KeySurvey for client surveys. Clients use the KeySurvey software to create their own survey content. Once the survey has been created, a KeySurvey URL is entered into the Alt Survey URL field on the Survey window in Portal.
The Portal Survey page allows you to configure your survey pop-up window. Surveys typically display when users close their chat window.
To add or edit a survey window:

Select the survey you want to modify

Click Edit to edit an existing survey window or New to create a new survey.

The X-axis position of the survey when it launches. |
