Site level settings
- When the Settings Level control is set to a site and the box is checked in the Enabled column, the illegal words list is enabled throughout the entire site.
- When the box shows a partial check, the illegal words list is enabled but the list is not assigned to all agent groups.
- When the box is clear, the illegal words list is disabled throughout the site.
Note: Illegal word list changes go into effect in the Agent Desktop at the next agent login. This means that agents logged in to the AI must log out and back in before the changes take effect. Agents logging in to Agent Desktop for the first time after an illegal word change will see the changes immediately.
