Manage Script Groups

Script groups defined here in Portal display in a script group menu in the AI where your agents will use them.

Note: Script group names display in the tree next to a letter icon.

  1. From the Script Management page, select the script group you will add a script line to.

  2. Click Edit.

  3. Click New. A New script entry displays in the table.

  4. Double-click on the New script entry to highlight the text.

  5. Type in the content for your new script line. Click OK.

  1. From the Script Management page, select the script group you want to move.

  2. Drag and drop the script group icon to the position you want inside the script tree.

Tip: New script groups display at the bottom of the list in the script tree.

Add a script headerClosed A line inside a script group that acts as a marker for different types of script lines. They can also provide notes and instructions for agents. Script headers typically display in all CAPS. to a script group.

You can use script headers to organize script lines within a script group.

Note: Script headers typically display in all CAPS so they stand out from script text.

  1. From the Script Management page, select a script group.

  2. Click Edit.

  3. Click New. Scroll to the bottom of the list and double-click on the New Script line.

  4. Type in a name for your script header.

  5. Click the drop-down arrow and verify that Heading is selected.
