Buttons
Allows you to select icons and specify the placement for your chat theme
The collection and placement of icons, buttons, colors, and other details that define your chat interface window. buttons.
- Click Show C2C Themes to set the image and placement of the chat theme buttons.
- Click Show C2C Chat Specification to set how the chat themes display in the chat workflow.
C2C Themes
Select the C2C Themes tab. Click the arrow next to Show C2C
Click to chat, or click to call. Themes.
Select a C2C theme from the table and click Edit or click New to create a new theme.
You can select image files to display at different times during the chat workflow.
| Ready Image |
This image displays when the Agent is ready to chat with the user. |
| Busy Image | This image displays when the Agent is busy. |
| After Hours Image | This image displays during the hours when chat is unavailable. |
| Disabled Image | This image displays when chat is disabled. |
You can select an existing image file or browse to upload a new one.
C2C Chat Specification
Click the arrow next to C2C Chat Specification.
Select a C2C Chat Specification from the table and click Edit or click New to create a new specification.
You will set the specifications for the selected chat theme.

Name of the C2C chat specification. |
| X and Y | The X and Y coordinates of the chat skin upon firing. |
| Page Element ID | The name of the div container. |

Check for Agent Availability |
When checked, this chat specification fires only if an Agent is available. |
| Absolute | Defines the absolute position of the C2C chat theme upon firing. |
