Customer Interface Builder

The Customer Interface Builder allows for quick and efficient construction of branded chat interfaces for your website. An interactive sample of the interface is displayed while you choose options and configure settings. The interactive sample can be grabbed and moved, and the menu options are active.

Interface options	Description
General Configurations	Modify the name of the interface, provide a description of the interface, and general display settings of the interface.
Color Settings	Modify the default color settings and customize them to fit your application.
Header	Set the logo, title, and buttons in the customer interface.
Options Menu	Set the menu options displayed in the header menu.
Conversation Panel	Choose the style of the message bubbles, avatar design, and disclaimer style.
Text Input Area	Modify the default styling of where customers type questions to your agents.
Floating Button	Configure the look, feel, and function for the button that opens the customer interface.
