Design who to target

You can create business rules to target by:

  • customer type

  • product type

  • service type

You decide who to target by asking these questions:

  • Are we targeting or suppressing this group?

  • What is a common division of customers within a program that needs to be accounted for in the business rule?

    Examples are: sales/care, existing/new customers, small business, consumers, line of business by product, etc.
