Service events and types
Service events are relevant only to override rules and worker rules.
You can specify service events as additional launch events in the Conditions tab of the Create Rule or Edit Rule page. For details, see Manage conditions for a business rule.
Service events
You can specify the following DOM events as launch events:
| Service event | Description |

| onBeforeChatClosed | When the chat is ending but before the chat window closes. |
| onChatClosed | When a chat has ended and the chat window has closed. |
| onChatLaunched | When a chat window is displayed. |
Service types
You can use the following service types in your service events:

| ALL | All services. |
| C2C | Click-to-chat services. |
| C2CALL | Click-to-call services. |
| C2VIDEO | Click-to-video-call services. |
| C2WEBRTC | Not currently supported. |
| PERSISTENT | Type of chat supported only by legacy skins, where the chat window launches in a separate window. |
| POPUP | Pop-up services. |
| POPUP_CALL | Pop-up call services. |
