Routing Allocation Specs

Displays a list of routing allocationClosed A set of attributes determined by percentage values used for routing chats. (Chats can also be routed using attributes configured in the business rules.) specifications.

ID Identification number for the routing allocation spec. This ID is assigned by the system.

Spec Name

Name of this routing allocation spec.

Description

A description for this routing allocation spec.
Active Indicates when this spec is active on the system.

To create a new spec, select the routing allocation spec you want to modify and click Edit or click New.

Spec Name A unique name for your messaging specification.
Active Check the box to activate the messaging spec.
Description Enter a description for your messaging spec.
Attribute to Allocate Select the agent attributeClosed An agent skill or characteristic. A category used for routing or reporting purposes. Examples of agent attributes include language, location, and expertise. you want to allocate from the drop-down list. Allocations will populate automatically.
Allocations Check the boxes to select the attributes you want to allocate. Then indicate the percentage for each attribute. Percentage values must total 100.
