Third Party App Routing

Third Party App Routing is used by Nuance to control how external messages from third-party application channels are routed to Agent Desktop and Supervisor Desktop. This functionality allows for the configuration of messages that are being received from different sources, such as Facebook, Twitter, and/or Apple business chat, and set rules for how those messages are handled.
