Agent Groups

Allows you to create agent groupsClosed A data category that groups agent login accounts for chat routing. Agent groups normally exist within a business unit. and assign their members from your list of user names.

Select an agent group in the table to edit or click New to create a new one.

Name

Name of the agent group.

Display Name Agent group name that will display in Agent Desktop; has a 24-character limit.
Data Go Live Date This is the date the Agent Group goes live in the NDEP system. The software collects report data from this date and removes test data collected prior to this date.

Description

You can use this optional field to write a description for the agent group.

Default Script

Select a default script for the agent group. To view a list of scripts or to create a new one, see Script Management.

Default Post-Chat Survey Select a post-chat survey from the list.
