Site Content Areas
Displays a list of all web pages that are enabled with the JavaScript tag for the selected site.
- Use the buttons to add a new web page or to edit an existing one.
- Click Bulk Add to upload multiple web pages in one operation.
- Click to View Change Log see a list of changes made to the selected web page.
Adding or Editing a Web Page
Click New or select a web page from the table and click Edit to display this page.

Content Name |

Content URL Pattern |
The regular expression used to identify the page. Example: (.*)\/Marketing\.php |

Regexp Test Result |
When the Test Regexp button is used to pattern-match the Content URL Pattern with the Content URL data, the output displays here. |

Marker ID |
The page marker name. This name that is passed to the agent and it is used as a reference in Business Rules. Example: TC_SOL_Marketing |

Active |
Check to activate the new site content area. |
| Cobrowse Suppressed | Check to suppress the cobrowse feature. |

Test Regexp |
Click to pattern-match the Content URL Pattern with the Content URL data. The output will display in the RegExp Test Result field. |

Save |
Saves the changes. |

Cancel |
Cancels the changes. |
Bulk Adding Content for Multiple Sites
You can add content for multiple sites at the same time.
- Navigate to Administration >Sites & Users > Site Content Areas >Bulk Add and click the Download Bulk Add Template file link.
An Excel file downloads. This file shows the format you will use to upload your web page data.
- Add your web page data into your Excel file.
- Click Upload and browse to select your new Excel file. The name of your file will display next to the Upload button.
- Click Validate File to verify your data.
- Click Process to upload the data in your Excel file into your Portal account.
