Agent Skills Tab

Note: Agent Skills are defined on the Engagement Skills page.

Use Agent Skills tab to apply agent skills (attributes) to the user account. Drag skills from the Agent Skills list to the Selected Skills list and click Save.

Note: If you try to add an exclusive agent attributeClosed An attribute is "exclusive" when all agent accounts have either zero or one value of the attribute. "Location" is an example of an exclusive attribute. to a user account that already has the attribute assigned, the drag and drop will not work. Likewise, If you try to remove the last required agent attributeClosed An attribute is "required" when all agent user accounts must have at least one value of the attribute. "Language" is an example of a required attribute. from a user account, the drag and drop will not work.
