General Information Tab

Use the General Information tab to enter login and site access information. This tab also identifies the websites, agent groups A data category that groups agent login accounts for chat routing. Control	Definition
User Name	Name used for the login.
First Name	First name of the user. This name does not display in the Portal or Agent Desktop interface.
Last Name	Last name of the user. This name does not display in the Portal or Agent Desktop interface.
SSO User	Check this box to enable SSO authentication.
Password	Enter a password for the login account.
Confirm Password	Verify the password entered.
Roles	Select the roles attached to the user account. Roles determine access to different functions and controls.
Selected Sites	Select the sites the user account will have access to.
Agent Groups	Select the agent groups the account will have access to.
Business Units	Select the business units the account will have access to.
Default Site	Select the site the account will see upon login.
Language	Indicates which language will display for the user interface upon login.
