Export data

Data from reports in Portal can be exported in CSV format.

Report table

The report data is displayed in columnar format. Columns can be selected for display, or can be hidden. Data can be sorted, made to fit within a column width, and frozen using the sub-menu.

Report sub-menu

The Report Sub-menu allows sorting, auto fit, freezing, and selecting which columns to display in the report table.

Sort reports in ascending order

1. In the Report Table, right-click on a column header to display the shortcut menu.

2. Select Sort Ascending.

Sort reports in descending order

1. In the Report Table, right-click on a column header to display the shortcut menu.

2. Select Sort Descending.

Auto fit all columns in a report

1. In the Report Table, right-click on a column header to display the shortcut menu.

2. Select Auto Fit All Columns.

1. In the Report Table, right-click on a column header to display the shortcut menu.

2. Select Auto Fit.

Select columns for display in reports

1. In the Report Table, right-click on a column header to display the shortcut menu.

2. Select Columns.

3. Enable or disable column names for display.
