Survey Reporting

Survey Reporting is used to create and view exported survey data. You can also collect survey responses and display the resulting data. Additionally,when you do a client transcript search and select an individual chat engagement, if that engagement has a survey, you will be able to see the survey details in the transcripts. Survey reports display various metrics that allow you to analyze the data along with the transcripts associated with the filled-out survey responses. All reporting features such as creating, viewing, scheduling, and exporting will be supported using standard Portal processes.
