Reporting
Nuance Portal provides a set of pre-configured standard reports that provide clients the information they need most regarding their digital engagement agent and customer interactions.
Customers can access reports to better understand how to optimize their digital engagement business. Reports provide important information, such as metrics, to gauge performance of the programs being run with Nuance. Reporting is divided into two main categories: Standard Reports and Custom Reports.
Note: The standard reports have been designed to meet most business' needs. However, every business is unique and custom reports are also available, which can be built on a per-request basis to more closely match specific business requirements. The ability to construct a custom report is dependent on specific roles and privileges. If you do not have access to custom reports, contact your Nuance representative to discuss custom reports in more detail.
