Transcript Query Builder (TQB: RightTouch)

The Transcript Query Builder (TQB) helps you build queries to search the Historic Transcript API.

Create a filter to search the transcript database by setting day/date parameters and specifying search criteria. When you run your search, the resulting data will display in the Search Results table in Portal. From there, you can export your data to an Excel file, or have it delivered via email.

The TQB uses the Historic Transcript Reporting API to access client data. It gives you access to the fields and functions of the API without having to program your own queries.
