Create a Custom Layout Template

To create a custom layout template, perform the following steps:

1. Adjust any of the layout windows and click +Create Custom Layout. This enables you to create and save a custom layout to persist across login sessions and applies to all engagements.

   

2. After you create the Custom layout , the Layout Template field displays Custom and the message Custom layout has been created appears. The new Custom layout now becomes the default layout for the agent’s login account.

   

3. Click the Update Custom Layout to save the layout.
