Layout Template options
You can change the Layout Template functionality without having to log out of Agent Desktop and while managing an active engagement. The layout change is applicable to all active engagements and future engagements unless the agent changes to a different Layout Template.

Disposition and Visitor Information windows are not displayed with the Two Column Layout template. However, when the agent closes the engagement, the Disposition window appears (if dispositions are configured in Portal).
This Windows View feature allows the agent to display the other Desktop View Windows on the right, by clicking on this feature, without having to go to My Settings.
