Cobrowse

Allows you to enable the Cobrowse function. Cobrowse allows Agents to view the customer’s screen and guide them through complex activities. Cobrowse implements security while customers share their screen. No personal identifiable information (PII) can be seen–even by the Agent assisting the customer.

Settings Level	Indicate the level at which the settings will apply. Levels can be for the entire client site or per Agent Group.
Enable Highlighting in standard mode	Enables the highlighting feature that allows the agent to highlight items on the customer's page to show the customer where to look or click.
Allow agent to minimize chat window on mobile	Allows the agent to minimize the chat window on mobile devices.
Customer Accepts Cobrowse	System message that displays in the chat window when the customer accepts an invitation to cobrowse.
Customer Declines Cobrowse	System message that displays in the chat window when the customer declines an invitation to cobrowse.
Customer Accepts Shared Control	System message that displays in the chat window when the customer accepts a request to share control of the web page with the agent.
Customer Declines Shared Control	System message that displays in the chat window when the customer decliens a request to share control of the web page with the agent.
Customer Ends Cobrowse	System message that displays in the chat window when the customer ends a cobrowse session.
Agent Ends Cobrowse	System message that displays in the chat window when the agent ends a cobrowse session.
Cobrowse Banner	Use this field to configure the cobrowse banner by using standard HTML formatting.
Cobrowse suppressed	System message that displays in the chat window when the cobrowse is attempted on a page where cobrowse has been suppressed.
Cobrowse unexpected fail	System message that displays in the chat window when a cobrowse session fails unexpectedly.
Cobrowse test success	System message that displays in the chat window when the customer accepts a request to share control of the web page with the agent.
Cobrowse test fail	System message that displays in the chat window when the client performance test fails.
Display different banner for pages with Cobrowse suppressed	Check to enable a different for pages where cobrowse is suppressed.
Cobrowse Suppressed Banner	Use this field to configure the banner that displays when cobrowse is suppressed. Use standard HTML formatting.
