Agent Configuration Tab

Use the Agent Configuration tab to set chat parameters.

Control	Definition
Agent Alias	A "screen name" assigned to an agent's user account. This name displays to the end user when and agent is chatting.
Max Chat Count	The maximum number of chat sessions that will be assigned to this user under normal circumstances.
Max Forced Chat	The maximum number of chat sessions that can be assigned to this user account in addition to the max chat count value.
Add Max Chat within Agent Group	Click this button to assign max chat values by agent group. To remove a setting, click the red X.
