Use the General Information tab to enter login and site access information. This tab also identifies the websites, agent groups

Business Unit (BU) is data category used to define a sub-set of a client business such as sales, support, or finance. Reporting is available at the BU level. the new account can access. The Language control indicates which language will display on the UI when the new account logs in.

| User Name | Name used for the login. |
| First Name | First name of the user. This name does not display in the Portal or Agent Desktop interface. |
| Last Name | Last name of the user. This name does not display in the Portal or Agent Desktop interface. |
| SSO User | Check this box to enable SSO authentication. |
| Password | Enter a password for the login account. |
| Confirm Password | Verify the password entered. |
| Roles | Select the roles attached to the user account. Roles determine access to different functions and controls. |

| Business Units | Select the business units the account will have access to. |
| Default Site | Select the site the account will see upon login. |
| Language | Indicates which language will display for the user interface upon login. |
