Survey free-form answers

You can search for free-form answers to survey questions by performing a transcript search. In Portal, go to Transcript > Search By Engagement Detail. Scroll to the bottom of the page, and press Show to display the Advanced Search Options.

In the Survey Free-Form Answers field, enter the text that you want to find. For example, if you want to search for surveys that contain the word "rude", type the word "rude" into the Survey Free-Form Answers field. All instances of surveys containing that word will be displayed.
