Data tabs
Supervisor Desktop has multiple data tabs, which enable easy monitoring of agents and chats. The views in each data tab are customizable. Users with the Supervisor Administrator role can add or remove columns, create new views, and set and manage alerts based on the client's service level agreements (SLA). Standard Supervisor users can create filters and use the search features to customize their view.
There are six Data tabs: Summary, Queue, Active, Agents, Follow Up, and Bookmarks.
Each data tab, except Summary, contains sub-tabs (shown in the red box below) that further define the data being displayed.
