User Settings
The Supervisor Desktop user interface enables you to store and retrieve user settings for each session using a toggle.
Under the Settings in the user profile, you can enable the Login using last BU/AG selections toggle. This functionality saves your local Business Unit (BU), Agent Group (AG), and Rotation Interval settings automatically, when you log out.
By default, the toggle is set to enable, maintaining the current behavior for users who do not clear their browser cache between sessions.
Note: This option is available for users who want to maintain their previous BU, AG, and rotation preferences intact without manually setting them each time.
