Exporting a Conversation List to PDF or CSV

In Conversation List, you can export the list either to a PDF file or a CSV (comma-separated values) file.

• In Conversation List, click Export Full List, and choose between PDF and CSV.

  Note: Conversation lists in Conversation Review have a maximum number of 2000 viewable conversations (as long as Zookeeper's CALLSETROWLIMIT property is set to a number above or equal to 2000). However, although what's visible in the UI is limited to 2000, the maximum number of conversations exportable to PDF or CSV is only limited by the CALLSETROWLIMIT property. For example, if the CALLSETROWLIMITproperty is set to 2500 and there are 2500 applicable logs in the database, a conversation list will display only 2000 conversations in the UI, but exporting will make all 2500 conversations visible in PDF or CSV.
