Metrics workbook

The views in the Metrics Workbook give high-level visualizations of conversation metrics. A metric, in the context of Nuance Insights, is any single and quantifiable factor of a conversation. By this definition, a metric can be an outcome or an event.

Note: The Metrics Summary, Metrics Statistics, Self Service and Outcome Detail, Metrics Trends, and Metrics Trends Comparison reports visualize standard metrics data. The Mix Attribute Metrics, Mix Decimal Metrics, and Mix Integer Metrics reports visualize custom Mix metrics.
