Close a TTS engine instance and free all its associated resources.

TTSRETVAL TtsClose(

 HTTSINSTANCE hTtsInst);

This function automatically unloads any associated user dictionaries, rulesets, and ActivePrompt databases.

Argument	Description
hTtsInst	[in] Handle to a TTS engine instance to close.
