Setting up hot word recognition on a bridged transfer
A hot word is a command word or a brief phrase that can be spoken at any time during a call or transfer. For example, a hot word is often used to return from a bridged transfer to the main application.
If you use a SIP audio provider, in order to use hot word recognition on a bridged transfer you must enable one of two service properties on the Telephony Session service:
- ts.APSIPGatewaySupportsForking—If your gateway supports media forking, you must set this parameter to TRUE, and set ts.RTPBridge to FALSE.
- ts.RTPBridge—If your gateway does not support media forking, you must set this parameter to TRUE, and set ts.APSIPGatewaySupportsForking to FALSE.
Only one of ts.APSIPGatewaySupportsForking or ts.RTPBridge may be TRUE at any given time.
