ts.OutboundConnectTimeout

Specifies the maximum time in milliseconds, that the Telephony Session service waits for outbound calls to connect before abandoning the attempt. This value must be an integer greater than 0. The default is 60000, meaning 60 seconds. If the timeout elapses before the call connects, Voice Platform returns a "408 Request Timeout" response.
