Text played for a system error event.

Normally, when a system error event is thrown and not handled by the application, the Voice Browser service plays the system_error.wav prompt. (See browser.systemErrorPrompt.) If the prompt fails to load for any reason, for example, the file is missing or a port is down, the Voice Browser service plays the TTS version instead. If you’ve revised system_error.wav, set this service property to play the matching TTS in those rare cases where it might be needed.
