Prompt played when a help event is thrown and not handled by the application.

The default is %NSSSVRSDK%\master\vbs_basepath\lang\en-US\prompts\help.wav. %NSSSVRSDK% is the location of the Nuance Speech Server.

If the prompt fails to load, the TTS version is played instead.
