Text played when a maxspeechtimeout event is thrown.

Normally, when a maxspeechtimeout event is thrown, the Voice Browser service plays the maxspeechtimeout.wav prompt. (See voicexml.maxspeechtimeoutHandlerPrompt.) If the prompt fails to load for any reason, for example, the file is missing or a port is down, the Voice Browser service plays the TTS version instead. If you’ve revised maxspeechtimeout.wav, set this service property to play the matching TTS in those rare cases where it might be needed.
