Removing Voice Platform

The uninstall program removes all Voice Platform components. Other Speech Suite components, such as Nuance speech software, are not removed.

  1. Log on to the host as root.
  2. Change to the directory containing the Voice Platform installer.
  3. Do one of the following:
    • Enter ./setup.sh -R a for standard removal.
    • Enter ./setup.sh -sR for a silent removal.

Log on the host as a user with administrator permissions and do one of the following:

  • Use the Control Panel.
  • Run this command from the directory where the installer is located to remove Voice Platform silently:
    > start /wait misexec /x “Nuance_Voice_Platform_for_Speech_Suite_11.msi” /qn
