PPX service startup

To have the PPX service automatically start, follow these steps:

  1. Configure the PPX service as a Windows service. Open a command-prompt window and enter:
>ppxservicecfg.exe –install
  1. Once the PPX service is installed as a Windows service, set it to automatic start as follows:
    1. From the Windows Control Panel, click Administrative Tools→Services.
    2. Select NMS Point to Point Telephony Switching.
    3. Set the startup type to Automatic.
