Watcher service and NMS dependency

To make the watcher service depend on the NMS CT Daemon and the PPX services:

1. Go to the ...Telephony_Service\audio-providers\nms\NMSPackages\win32 directory.
2. Double-click the registry file watcher-nmsautostart.reg
