Extract NMS configuration files and patches

From the ...\Telephony Service\audio-providers\nms\NMSPackages\win32 directory, extract the configuration files and patches (if any) appropriate to your NMS Natural Access installation. Voice Platform must be installed to access these files.

The configuration files are included in the NMS_NVP_NMSConfiguration.zip file.

Any required patches are included in the NMS_NVP_NMSPatches_NA_xxx.zip files, where xxx corresponds to a specific version of the Natural Access software. Only install the patch version corresponding to your Natural Access software. If you don’t find a patch file for your Natural Access version, then a patch is not required.

Extract these files to your NMS_path directory (where you installed Natural Access). This may override existing files. After extracting and installing patches, restart the NMS CT daemon service.

The configuration files and patches shipped with Voice Platform are critical to the performance of the NMS audio provider. If you upgrade your system, make sure you install these files.
