Common error messages

This section lists common errors and describes possible solutions.

Error ADIEVN_BOARD_ERROR

If the debug logs show the error ADIEVN_BOARD_ERROR, your board is probably not loading the correct firmware or you are trying to activate an echo canceller that is not loaded on the board.

Error ADIEVN_RECORD_BUFFER_FULL

If the debug logs show the error ADIEVN_RECORD_BUFFER_FULL, you have probably exceeded the capacity of your NMS board.

Error CTAERR_NOT_FOUND

If you get the following error in your log file:

Ln_001: 13:30:07.538: AdiProtocolParms::Init: initializing protocol isd0

Ln_001: 13:30:07.538: WARNING, AdiProtocolParms::Init: CTAERR_NOT_FOUND calling ctaGetParms()

then the NMS software was not installed properly. Reinstall the software according to the procedures provided in this document and try again.
