Automatic agent openers
Allows you to create and manage the content of your automatic agent openers
A single line of text that the system automatically sends to a customer when a chat is assigned to an agent. Only one line of text is allowed..
- Use the New or Edit button to add or change an automatic agent opener.
- Choose View Change Log to see a list of previous changes.
You can use these variables to reference either the agent alias
A "screen name" assigned to an agent's user profile. This name is shown to the end user when the agent is chatting. or the agent's name as it is configured in the chat skin.
[[agent alias]]— Refers to the agent alias.[[agent_alias]]— Refers to the agent name as it is configured in the chat skin.

Note: Only one line of text is allowed for an automatic agent opener. If you need more than one line of text, you can use Opener Scripts.
