Add Script Line Attributes

Script line A line of script that an agent can send to a customer during a chat session. attributes are listed in the table next to the script line text on the Manage Script Groups page. Click on the down-arrow next to any script line to display the list.

• Heading - sets the script line as a script header A line inside a script group that acts as a marker for different types of script lines. They can also provide notes and instructions for agents. Script headers typically display in all CAPS..

• Push New - creates a command in the script line A line of script that an agent can send to a customer during a chat session. that allows an agent to push a web page to their customer's parent window.

• Script Command - creates script lines that agents can use to push target offers to customers.

• Text - creates a script line will display as clickable line to agents. When the agent clicks the line, it will be sent to the customer as chat text.
