Edit User

Use this page to edit an existing user account.

Use the tabs to view and edit existing account information.

• Use the General Information tab to change the name or password for the user account.
• Use the Agent Configuration tab to set chat parameters.
• Use the Agent Skills tab to assign skills to the user account.
• Use the API Settings tab to define API security filters Used to block a user account from viewing data that matches the filter selections.. These filters define user access to the TouchCommerce APIs.

Click Save when you are done.
