Deploy a new interface

After an interface has been created and configured, it can be deployed by creating a launch rule in Business Rules. See Launch rules for more information.

  1. Navigate to Business Rules and create a new Launch Rule.

  2. Configure the General, Routing, and Conditions tab settings as needed.

  3. In the Actions tab, set the following:

    1. Set the Launch Type parameter to either Proactive or Reactive.

    2. Set the Product Type parameter to Chat/Content/Guide.

    3. Set the Chat Application Type parameter to Version 2 - Rich Interface.

    4. Enter "embeddedPlugin" in the C2C Plugin Name field.

    5. Set the Spec by parameter as needed. See Chat Specifications.

    6. Set the Chat Theme By drop-down to Name and select the name of your interface.


  4. Press Save to complete the Launch Rule.
