The views in the Caller Intent workbook provide graphical visualizations of the metrics of caller intent, including the following:

• Caller Intent Transition - Histogram detailing the call flow path from the perspective of caller intent
• Final Caller Intent Summary - Histogram summarizing the intents collected at both the entry and exit points of a given call, quantifying each by a raw count
