KPI workbook

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are metrics meant to provide concise, high-level, yet salient information about IVR performance. KPIs can, for example, be useful for those in a position to make business-level decisions and who would benefit from the summarized and easily accessible nature of KPIs. The KPI workbook page lists all KPI reports.
