Selectively displaying states

Note: Nuance Insights supports navigating and performing operations with a variety of methods, including a combination of keyboard and mouse, keyboard only, having elements on the screen being audibly described (requires 3rd party software like JAWS), and having voice input interpreted (requires Nuance Dragon). See Accessibility for more information.

  1. To show all states, in Conversation View, the Show All states control. After enabling the Show All states control, all previously hidden states are displayed in their proper sequence.

  2. To show only interactive states - and if you are currently viewing all states - in Conversation View, disable Show all states.

    All non-interactive states are hidden from the conversation flow sequence.
