Text played for a thrown help event.

Normally, when a help event is thrown and not handled by the application, the Voice Browser service plays the help.wav prompt. (See voicexml.helpHandlerPrompt.) If the prompt fails to load for any reason, for example, the file is missing or a port is down, the Voice Browser service plays the TTS version instead. If you’ve revised help.wav, set this service property to play the matching TTS in those rare cases where it might be needed.
