View campaign record status

Use the Records panel to view the realtime status of the records in a campaign. This panel is similar to the one that appears on the DASHBOARDS tab by default, but it shows the breakdown by media type (email, voice, and SMS).

  1. From the header bar, click DASHBOARD. This displays a list of campaigns:

  2. Locate a campaign and click anywhere on it. This displays the panels for Suspend / Resume Dispatching, Results, Transfers, and Records.

  3. Click Records. This expands the Records panel, showing details about records completed and scheduled for that campaign. In addition, it shows indicator bars displaying the same information for each media type. In this example, there are indicator bars for Email and Voice.

Each Records panel contains the following sections: 

Section Description
Loaded

The total number of records loaded into the system via an input file or realtime input, such as SOAP or REST.

  • Today is the total number loaded during the day.

  • Last load shows the number loaded in the most recent 15-minute period in which records were loaded and the timestamp.

Completed The number of records that have been completed today. A completed record is one that has reached a final state where no additional attempts are scheduled. A completed record may have been attempted many times or no times.
Inventory The number of records scheduled for sending for media type (email, voice, and SMS). Some records in inventory may have already been sent but are scheduled for sending again. The darker the shade of green, the sooner they are scheduled for sending. The size of each colored band is proportional to the percentage of loaded records in that status.
