User roles matrix

Users should be assigned one of the following roles are based on their job function. They are given access to products and features as appropriate for that role.

Role	User admin access	Composer access	Portal access	Description
External Operator	None	MOD edit, upload, reports	All except Portal admin actions	Enables only the standard external Composer features, such as MOD. The features are simple to learn and should suffice for most external users. This role relies on PS to manage advanced features.
External Designer	None	MOD edit, upload, reports, controls	All except Portal admin actions	Enables advanced external features. The features are non-trivial to learn and should be used only by advanced external users who need to create campaigns.
